Unrestricted Bequest:
“I give and bequeath to Nature and Culture International (EIN: 33-0773524), a non-profit corporation based in California and focused on tropical ecosystem conservation, [the sum of $_______] [_____ percent of my residuary estate] to be used to support the general needs of the organization.”
Restricted Bequest:
“I give and bequeath to Nature and Culture International (EIN: 33-0773524), a non-profit corporation based in California and focused on tropical ecosystem conservation, [the sum of $_______] [______] percent of my residuary estate] to be used for the benefit of ______ (specific country, mosaic, or initiative). If all or part of this bequest cannot be usefully applied to this purpose due to changed circumstances, it is my wish and desire that the organization use the bequest for any purpose that in their opinion will most nearly accomplish my wishes and purposes.”
